WHO ARE WE?
We have been doing real estate, construction, and management in Thailand for nearly 20 years.
The founder and owner of Blue Home built his first villa in Thailand over 20 years ago and went on to build two condominium projects in Pratumnak Pattaya, which is considered two of the best five-star condominiums in Pattaya. Siam Ocean View and Siam Royal Ocean View were finished respectively in 2009 and 2014. At the end of 2019/2020, we were all set to start construction of a third condominium project but had to put it on hold because of the Covid situation. The project will be started up again as soon as time permits.
Meet the team
Piyawat Piyaakararin (Arm)
Arm is our legal representative. He came into Jan’s life when Jan met his wife and Arm was 6 years old and he became Jan’s son. Arm is engaged to Nong Moo who is our office manager and accountant.
Arm has a Business diploma from Saint John Mary International School in 2011, he went on to join the lawyer’s program at Assumption University from 2011 where he graduated Bachelor of Laws in 2016. He has worked for a major law office in Bangkok before he came to work for us. He has a lot of experience in Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial law. Legal Research. Draft Review and Revise in commercial contracts of various business areas. Company Registration. Translating Legal Documents. Writing motion, petition and submitting to court. Prepare legal papers to submit to the Court. Check compliance law & regulation for a client’s business. Draft legal advice for the client. Conduct legal research for various laws.
