Jan Arne Olsen came to Thailand on holiday from Norway for the first time in 1998 where he meets his wife for the past 22 years. He has worked his whole life with people and have several degrees in Psychology and other aspects of human behaviour. After years of helping other people find their way in life, he decided to pursue his own. After first building his own villa, he and his partner goes on to build their first condominium project, Siam Ocean View in Pratumnak in 2007. The condo was a huge success as owners moved in 2009. After several encouragements from costumers, they started a second project in 2012, Siam Royal Ocean View with similar success and the owners moved in 2014. www.siamroyalhill.com There is a third Project ready to be launched, but it was held back because of the pandemic, it will be launched as soon as time permits.
